Ladies Field Lacrosse Information

Interested in trying Ladies Field Lacrosse?

No experince is necessary, ages 12 and up are welcome. Women's field lacrosse is a non-contact game that takes place on a soccer sized field. there are 13 players on the field at one time, including the goalie. The game incorporates speed, skill and power to create a fast paced exciting sport.

The field season runs from May - August and includes opportunities for travel to various locations for tournaments.

No equipment required except for a stick and a mouthguard.
